The Retrio software, website, copy, brand and visual assets are protected. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution may be refused by their owner.

Privacy

Retrio analyses only the folders you choose. Documents, photos, filenames, paths, extracted content, the local index and search text remain on your computer. They are not uploaded to a Retrio server.

If you enter an email address to activate Retrio Pro, it is sent to the licence service solely to verify your subscription. Optional anonymous analytics are explained in our privacy policy.

Terms of use

Retrio is a search and organisation tool, not a backup service. Keep appropriate backups of important files and review suggestions before moving or deleting anything. The beta may contain errors or return incomplete results.

Use Retrio only with files you are authorised to access and in accordance with applicable law. Read the full terms of use.

To report a problem or suggest an improvement, email retrio.pro@gmail.com. Please include your Windows version, your Retrio version, what you were doing and any message displayed. Do not attach personal or confidential documents.

How to uninstall Retrio

1. Close Retrio.
2. Open Windows Settings.
3. Go to Apps, then Installed apps or Apps & features.
4. Find Retrio and select Uninstall.

Uninstalling Retrio does not delete any documents or photos you asked it to analyse.
